All items purchased from Secret Garden Flowers & Gifts are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss or damage for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.The shipping charges are non refundable at all times.
SHIPPING Shipping costs are based on weight shipping cost displayed is average. Most smaller items will be less any heavy items ie. cast iron will be more. This is the average we will contact you via email if increased shipping costs apply. DUTIES Secret Garden is not responsible for any duties. Secret Garden is only the shipper and we put actual value on the package. We will not put "gift" on any item shipped. You the buyer will be responsible for any and all taxes, fees, duties, etc. for shipping. RETURNS You must return merchandise by contacting our warehouse at 1-877-339-3307 to notify our staff about your decision and the reason for the return within 5 days of recieving the item. There is a 30% restocking fee.You are responsible for the return shipping and any other charges that may apply. The shipping charges will not be refunded. Please make sure the package is packed well and is returned undamaged. PRODUCTS BOUGHT IN LARGE QUANTITIES ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
