SHIPPING
Shipping costs are based on weight shipping cost displayed is average. Most smaller items will be less any heavy items ie. cast iron will be more. This is the average we will contact you via email if increased shipping costs apply.
RETURNS
You must return merchandise by contacting our warehouse at 1-877-339-3307 to notify our staff about your decision and the reason for the return within 5 days of recieving the item. There is a 30% restocking fee.You are responsible for the return shipping and any other charges that may apply. The shipping charges will not be refunded. Please make sure the package is packed well and is returned undamaged. PRODUCTS BOUGHT IN LARGE QUANTITIES ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
BROKEN AND DAMAGED PRODUCT
All our products are packed well and in rare cases if anything is damaged or broken we are not responsible for any damaged or broken items. All our products are insured for the total value by the shipping company and it is your responsibility to deal with them personally.
